Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Lincoln, Nebraska-based Nelnet, Inc. (NYSE: NNI), has acquired Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a New Delhi-based provider of school administration, management, and learning technology software, the companies announced Oct. 5, 2026.
The deal marks a significant international expansion for NBS, which has built its portfolio around education-focused technology and financial services in the United States. Entab is described as a leading player in the Indian school technology market, offering software that covers administrative operations, student management, and digital learning tools.
