Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has reinforced its Asia-focused legal practice with the hire of Bee Chun Boo as a shareholder, the firm announced from Tokyo on Sept. 30, 2026. Boo brings more than 28 years of transactional experience spanning mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity work across the Asian region.
The addition signals continued investment by major international law firms in Asia-Pacific deal-making capacity at a time when cross-border M&A activity in the region remains a strategic priority for global clients. Greenberg Traurig, which operates across dozens of offices worldwide, has been selectively building out practice groups in key international markets.
